The role of a Wedding Coordinator is not to make decisions for you, but to guide and assist you in making informed decisions. Liz's training, knowledge, and experience will turn your dreams and expectations into reality.

She will save you time and enable you to get the most for your money! A wedding coordinator can serve in many other capacities. They can act as the family counselor for apprehensive brides or become as close as your best friend!

Liz's role will incorporate the following

• Work out with you a list of services and needs you will require for your wedding
• Put forward reputable suppliers that suit your requirements and wants, and not wasting time with suppliers that are not to your needs or standard
• Neogitate all contracts on your behalf, work out payment and/or installment options, deal with all suppliers, and sign on your behalf if necessary
• Attend appointments should it be necessary or provide appointment times for you
• Coordinate all suppliers to ensure everyone is working together
• Liaise and assist with anyone involved with the wedding inc Bridal Party
• Do all running sheets and schedules inc rehearsal dinner (should you decide to have one), church rehearsals, bucks and hens (ensuring the bridal party know their duties), timing and running of the big day with the suppliers and families
• Attendance on the day to ensure everything is to schedule and running as it should be
• Keeping a spreadsheet of all costs/deposits/when things are due/guest lists etc
• Any issues go direct to Liz to ensure you are bothered by the tedious stuff
• Direct communication with Liz via phone and email leading up to the day

Liz has provided part and full coordination services for hundreds of couples across Australia and can supply references from happy couples, venues and vendors.
